What role do I want? Which companies would I like to work for? What are my principles, values and work style?
📋 Prepare
Analyze the role description, study the company and identify what makes you a good candidate, your strengths and your limits.
🗣️ Tell your story
Train your communication: it helps you connect and lets others see your potential.
👂 Active listening
Make it feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Ask for clarification if needed.
❓ Ask
Show interest: What is your QA process like? What do you expect in the first 3 months? What tools do you use?
📁 Portfolio
Include it in your CV: test cases, bugs, Postman collections, scripts. Show action, not just intention.
🔁 Accept and move on
A “no” does not define your worth: it is redirection, not rejection. Ask for feedback, improve and seek the next opportunity.
